  • A Dynamic Island for every Mac: around the hardware notch, or drawn at the top of displays without one. It stays put on the notch when you swipe between desktops (Spaces).
  • Now Playing for every app in Control Center (Spotify, Music, YouTube and Netflix in browsers, Podcasts, VLC…): artwork, controls, draggable progress, visualizer, track-change peek and two-finger swipes.
  • Volume, brightness and keyboard backlight right in the notch, replacing the macOS indicator, with a draggable level and a choice of HUD styles.
  • Lock Screen: Now Playing stays visible, and a battery-life estimate appears just below the clock (“About 8 h 40 min of battery”), computed from your Mac model’s rated battery life, your battery’s health and your recent usage. A lock and unlock animation plays in the island, with a padlock sound when you lock and unlock. Your clipboard, files, calendar and notifications never appear while the Mac is locked.
  • AirPods and Beats show their real image and battery level when they connect. Other headphones and speakers are shown too.
  • Charging animation, full charge, low battery at 20, 10 and 5 %, Low Power Mode.
  • Timers with one-click presets that keep counting while your Mac sleeps.
  • Live downloads, AirDrop drop zone and incoming transfers, Shelf, calendar with one-click Join, clipboard history with privacy safeguards, multiple timers, custom notifications (brim://notify), global shortcuts, quick actions, accent colors, every display.
  • Lots of settings, in the style of System Settings: choose what appears in the open island, your gestures, the HUD style and more. A quick welcome and a menu bar icon.
  • Eight languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), German, Italian, Japanese and Chinese (Simplified).
