Good to know

Moving to a new Mac

A license works on up to 3 Macs. If you’re at the limit, open Brim on the old Mac and choose Settings › License › Deactivate on This Mac, then activate on the new one. Old Mac gone or erased? Email us and we’ll free it.

Using Brim offline

Brim checks your license about once a week and keeps working offline for weeks in between. No account, and nothing about your Mac beyond an anonymous identifier is ever sent.

Refunds

Not for you? Within 14 days of purchase, email us from your purchase address and we refund you in full. The license is then deactivated.

Invoices

Stripe emails you a receipt right after payment. Need an invoice with your company details? Email us.
